Bildurn is a privately owned company, based in Nottingham, which owns, manages and develops buildings in urban locations in the East Midlands. In Nottingham City Centre, it developed The Pod and Lace Market Square, and is currently embarking on a large development immediately adjacent to the newly refurbished Midland Station.
What We Do
We have been helping occupiers with their property needs since the early 1990s. Our clients range from retailers to hotel and leisure operators, and from commercial businesses to social enterprises and domestic residents. This diversity of client base is echoed in the diversity of our property portfolio, which varies from historic listed buildings to state of the art, cutting edge design, to urban regeneration projects such as the newly developed Cobden Chambers. We have worked hard to build an award-winning reputation for creative architectural design and for breathing new life into iconic character buildings of the cities of The East Midlands.
