Branding and Digital Agency Abstrakt Appoints Two New Team Members

Nottingham based branding and digital agency Abstrakt announced today the hiring of two new team members; Jamie Robinson and Oliver Cox, to support its continued growth with both local and national clients.

Hailing from an agency background, Jamie has joined Abstrakt’s design team. A multi-disciplinary designer with a passion for illustration, Jamie creates unique, hybrid solutions which combine his progressive approach to digital design with his skill with a pen.

Oliver, previously at Raleigh has joined the agency’s development team. Starting his career as a designer before moving into web development, Oliver couples his eye for design with technical expertise and has a large focus on front-end technologies and interaction design.

The new hirings follow the agencies relocation from Castle Gate to Stoney Street last year. According to the agency, the move to the new studio and the new hires are a result of agency growth, taking on a number of high profile Nottingham clients, including Tweezerman UK, VIA, Cronofy, KRCS and Scape Group within the last 12 months.

On the news, Abstrakt Account Director, Lauren Swarbrick stated: “This growth for Abstrakt shows us brands are resonating with our experience-focused approach to branding and digital. Each of the new hires has been handpicked as a fit for our agency’s culture and philosophy and add an additional layer of skill to our teams already strong offering. We can’t wait to bring them up to speed and adding value to our client’s projects.
