Impression launches new service with raft of new appointments

Nottingham-based digital marketing agency Impression has launched its new service specialising in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) with the additional appointment of five new members of staff to the business.

The launch of its CRO department follows increased service demand from the agency’s existing clients and will be headed up by CRO Consultant Richard Chapman, previously Director of Web & Conversion at Lichfield-based agency ClickThrough Marketing.

Navneet Evans joins the agency’s client service team as Digital Account Manager. Previously at Derby’s Denby Pottery Company, Evans will use her significant in-house experience to gain an even deeper understanding of client commercial goals and aspirations for digital marketing.

Having recently been named ‘Best Large PPC Agency’ at the European Search Awards, Impression has also welcomed two new additions to its paid media team. Fraser Andrews (PPC Specialist) joins the team following spells at Bristol-based agencies Fat Media and ThirtyThree, while Reuben Hewitt (Paid Media Analyst) joins the business as part of its graduate recruitment scheme.

Lastly, former Eastern Daily Press journalist Joe Norton, joins the team as Digital PR Executive.

Aaron Dicks, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Impression, said:

“The last six months – like for many businesses – has been particularly challenging and we are delighted to be able to welcome five new members to the team as businesses begin to reinvest their resources into digital marketing following a period of uncertainty.

“We are particularly excited to be launching our CRO service following numerous requests from clients for services in this area – it’s been in the pipeline for a long time coming and to have someone as experienced as Richard coming in to lead the department is a real asset for the agency. We’re excited to see what’s to come in Q4.”
