New Partner brings award winning COVID services to help Nottingham Partners

The award winning KuKu Connect joins the Nottingham Partners, bringing an array of free pandemic support services to help businesses, venues and charities in Nottinghamshire and they are already supporting thousands of organisations every day during the pandemic. KuKu Connect are an established and hugely successful regional business membership networking organisation, who provide a range of effective services to connect businesses and entrepreneurs together.

KuKu Connect join the Nottingham Partners at a perfect time to help and support Nottinghamshire organisations with free support to any organisation. KuKu’s support has been making a huge impact on businesses all over the UK, even reaching Europe and the USA. With KuKu Connect’s physical events on hold Co-Founders Stephen Goddard and Philip Brooks-Stephenson have voluntarily dedicated themselves to supporting other organisations right through the pandemic and have already secured new business for a fellow Nottingham Partner. KuKu’s selfless work has now been recognised at international, national and local level with a number of impressive awards nominations for their COVID support efforts, which has already resulted in KuKu Connect’s Stephen and Philip winning a national business award accolade for their outstanding support during COVID-19.

“We are born and bred Notts boys and we wanted to support the wider work of the business community in our home county. KuKu Connect has always been an active supporter of inward investment, tourism culture and heritage, as well as anything that is a positive opportunity for businesses, venues and community organisations, so we formally joined the Nottingham Partners, just before the COVID-19 virus hit. We are really keen to let our fellow Nottingham Partners know we are there to help them as well and any local organisation. Our free services are helping thousands and the awards nominations came as a real surprise to us, but we hope our recognition will help more and more local organisations benefit.” KuKu Connect Co-Founder, Philip Brooks-Stephenson

“KuKu already works over much of the region and wider Midlands, so back in March we set-up a number of free services to support businesses, venues and community initiatives to try and help. Some 200 days+ in and we are still here providing free support and help to businesses now all over the country and even internationally. We are delighted to extend our free pandemic support services to our fellow Nottingham Partners and any local organisations in the city and county.” KuKu Connect Co-Founder, Stephen Goddard

KuKu’s free pandemic support services include KuKu Cocktail Hour, an online networking event, where armed with cocktails and dressed in black tie, Stephen and Philip connect businesses together and promote different organisations for free, as well as offers, business tips, other events and positive news. The cocktail hours are light-hearted and are being viewed by over 5k connections each month, so KuKu has much to offer any business, no matter than sector or size, which is highly recommended.

“We really look forward to connecting with the individual Nottingham Partners and becoming more involved and we warmly welcome any Notts organisations to use our free support services.” Philip Brooks-Stephenson
