Belvoir Human Resources Ltd has been established for over 14 years.

Our 2 Directors are professionally qualified and very experienced Human Resource consultants with a proven track record of efficient, cost effective and bespoke HR support to organisations of all sizes and types. This enables our clients to confidently and proactively manage their employee issues, ensuring legal compliance and minimising disruption and costs to their business and its customers.

Working with our clients’ senior team, we provide strategic input as well as “hands on” practical support at a very reasonable price. We know our clients and have supported them through acquisitions, TUPE transfers and restructuring and redundancy as well as helping to resolve nasty Grievances, manage poor attendees and increasingly those employees who claim that they are suffering from stress at work.

Each client has its own tailored Retainer, there is no standard package as we believe that each organisation is unique and needs a bespoke HR support service. That may also include providing more complex help to a client’s existing HR dept that possibly lacks experience and confidence to deal with the more complicated employment law challenges of today’s work place.

A free HR Health Check for a potential client is an effective way to establish their HR needs and work out a plan which can include short term one off projects or an annual Retainer that supports the achievement of business plans. Bespoke not “off the shelf” HR support.
