Initially focusing on industrial and office schemes, Sladen Estates has expanded its development portfolio to include student accommodation, leisure, retail and most recently residential Build to Rent. Having completed development schemes with an end value in excess of £500m, the company currently has a development programme with a completed end value in excess of £750m.
