Through sport, mentoring and personal development, we improve their mental and physical wellbeing to give them the skills, confidence and motivation to realise their true potential.
Chief Executive Marcellus Baz BEM was born in a deprived area of Nottingham and groomed into criminality before dedicating his life to supporting communities affected by crime and violence. In 2016 he was awarded the Unsung Hero award at BBC Sports Personality of The Year, and a British Empire Medal.
