Nottingham is proudly hosting world class triathlon action on 7th June 2018, showcasing the city to a
global audience of millions as the world’s top triathlon teams from 18 countries race around Victoria
Embankment in a battle for the podium.
Nottingham City Council and British Triathlon are seeking the support of local businesses to help us ensure we deliver the best possible event, create a true spectacle showcasing Nottingham at its best, and engage thousands of local residents; inspiring them to take up a more active lifestyle.

There are four ways in which your business can support us:
1. Help us raise the profile of the event amongst your employees and customers
We can provide printed materials or digital copy for internal communications and customer
e-news.
2. Encourage & enable your employees to take part in the event and adopt a more active
lifestyle
There are a number of opportunities for individuals or teams of any ability to take part in the
event on the Thursday afternoon, with GO TRI training sessions in the weeks and months
leading up for those who might need a helping hand. There are also corporate challenges so
you can see how your team fares against other local businesses.
3. Become a sponsor of the event, showcasing your brand to a global audience of millions
Sponsorship of the event is a great way to get your brand seen by a local, national and
international audience. There are also great opportunities to engage with local people
through engaging activation areas around the venue. Packages start from as little as £5,000
and can be tailored to suit your business objectives.
4. Volunteering opportunities to help bring the event to life and contribute to its success
We are seeking around 100 enthusiastic volunteers to support the delivery of the Accenture
World Triathlon Mixed Relay Nottingham – a great opportunity for individuals to gain an
improved sense of wellbeing and belonging.
