Nottingham Partners Breakfast Event – The Future of Work – 6th September 2018.

We are delighted to invite you to our next business breakfast event ‘The Future of Work’.

We explore how organisations should prepare for a future that few of us can define? Although we are entering the age of the machine with increased use of AI and robotics, getting the human element right is still key.

We examine how can you attract, keep and motivate the talent you need to succeed?

In a world of digitisation, it’s the ability to balance creativity, diversity and active engagement with customers and your workforce that will take on increasing importance.

How do we also ensure we have the right physical environments for our businesses to thrive in with collaborative and innovative work space designs on the increase.

The headline speaker is Peter Brown, Global People & Organisation lead partner for PwC. Peter works with clients to advise on all aspects of people and workforce productivity including HR Transformation, Reward, Pensions, Culture and Leadership. Peter was a contributor to PwC’s recent paper on the ‘Future of Work’ which highlights the challenges around sustained business growth.

Mark Wood, Partner at Eversheds Sutherland LLP, Claire Stant, Associate Director at Paragon Interiors and James Calder, CEO at Distinct Recruitment will also be on the panel of speakers.

The event will be held on the 6th September at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland LLP. Refreshments will be available from 8:00am with the main event starting promptly at 8:30am. We anticipate that the event will conclude by 10:00am.

Places are limited so please do book your place now.  There is no charge to attend and we look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you for your continued support of Nottingham Partners.
