Last call for Enterprise Europe Network’s Market Visit to Germany

The preparation for Enterprise Europe Network’s (EEN) Market Visit to Germany is gathering pace, with applications flooding in for the trip from 14-18 September. The multi-sector visit has attracted a wide range of companies, keen to either begin their exporting journey, or strengthen their ties with the UK’s number one EU export market.

Following a company’s application, our EEN partners in Germany receive a profile outlining the business’ desires, and they organise b2b meetings and arrange networking events with their extensive contacts interested in doing business with UK companies. The earlier our partners receive information on your business, the more productive your visit will be, so don’t delay in signing up to this golden opportunity to have meetings with potential partners organised free of charge. We’ll also search for hotels, plan rail travel and suggest flights to make your trip as easy as possible.

There are four stops over the five days in Germany, where companies will have the chance to visit Munich, the capital of Bavaria; Karlsruhe, Nottingham’s twin city, which is celebrating its 300 year anniversary this year; Saarbrucken, the capital of Saarland and Krefeld, the twin city of Leicester. There are great opportunities for ICT; Automotive; Engineering; Energy & Environment; Life Sciences; Technology & Innovation; Chemicals and more.

I know from personal experience, having helped in the organisation of last year’s successful Germany visit, that the camaraderie that develops makes such trips hugely enjoyable, as well as very productive. Companies seal deals, make important contacts, experience new markets and cities and enhance their networks by joining our trade missions – don’t miss out on the opportunities available in these robust centres of industry on this year’s visit.
