The Broadmarsh area – an invitation from Nottingham City Council

On behalf of Cllr Nick McDonald, Portfolio Holder for Jobs, Growth and Transport at Nottingham City Council, I would like to invite you to be the first to view the council’s proposals to transform the Broadmarsh area, including the vision for the future of this part of the city.

Taking place from 12 noon on Tuesday 1st December in The Space at the Nottingham Contemporary, this event will be an opportunity for us to share with you our proposals, and for you to:

  • View our exhibition
  • Ask questions about the scheme
  • Talk to other key stakeholders

We believe these proposals will:

  • Boost the city centre economy, potentially creating thousands of jobs
  • Increase the retail and leisure offer
  • Modernise the area to make it more attractive and accessible
  • Set the scene for more retail, tourism, education and leisure developments

Places are limited so please rsvp early to avoid disappointment.
