ampersand research named Best New Agency in national awards

Nottingham based market research agency, ampersand research, was named as the Best New Agency at the Market Research Society Awards in London this week.

The award celebrates new agencies that demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, ambition and strong potential.  The judges applauded ampersand research for its drive, fresh thinking and inventive approach.

The judges said “ampersand research stood out not only for their innovative approach to working with universities and academic organisations but also, beyond this, their commitment to, and sterling work, in promoting the research sector.  They have made a notable entrance to the market and we look forward to watching their progress.”

On receiving the award from Radio 4’s “The News Quiz” presenter Miles Jupp, Director Sarah Jones said “This is an amazing achievement for ampersand research and we would like to thank all our lovely clients, suppliers, associates, friends & family for helping us on the journey to becoming the best new research agency!”.  Fellow Director Mark Lasbury added, “We’re delighted to have been recognised by the Market Research Society.  To be a finalist was such an achievement, but winning this award is amazing.”

Since their launch just over 18 months ago ampersand research has worked with companies across the East Midlands, nationally and internationally, with clients ranging from local start-ups to some of the world’s biggest brands.
