Top spot on ‘Booking.com’ for one of our members

Birchover Hotel Apartments are celebrating again, after their brand new apartment-hotel, The Birchover Residences Nottingham, shot to the top of Booking.com within a month of opening.

The Birchover Residences Nottingham is a collection of just five luxury apartments in a converted bank in the centre of Nottingham. The apartments have proven to be a huge hit with guests and customer reviews mean that it is already the number 1 hotel in Nottingham on leading hotel booking website, Booking.com.

Co-owner Carl Bridge enthused: “This is a stunning achievement for us as a business. Lisa and the team have created a hotel that is truly our own vision and we’re thrilled that the general public have taken it to their hearts so quickly. To go straight to the top of the review charts in a city with 60 hotels listed is a very proud moment. Guests are particularly praising the style of the apartments, the space and elements such as the free parking and central location”.

The achievement is just reward for Lisa Bridge and the operational team, who have worked 16 hour days for weeks on end to get the apartments on sale in time for summer. The apartments are already achieving more than double the forecasted bookings and have strong forward bookings from corporate and leisure customers.

This news continues a great run of success for the company. Their flagship Darley Abbey hotel in Derby has occupied position 1 or 2 on Booking.com and Trip Advisor continually since 2012 and their Les Belleme Golf Apartments in Belleme, France, have been top of Booking.com and Trip Advisor in that location since opening last year.

Lisa Bridge puts the success down to the level of care shown to the guest experience. Lisa said: “We work really hard to create fantastic memories for our guests. The public reviews and also private emails that we receive from guests are the best barometer of whether we are doing this right.
