New College Nottingham (ncn) is the number one apprenticeship provider in Nottingham and one of the largest further education colleges in the UK.
What we do
With more than 20,000 learners and five campuses across Nottingham, we provide a range of qualifications, covering many different sectors.
Courses are offered at a variety of levels, from entry-level right through to degree-level study, alongside apprenticeships and professional and workplace-based qualifications.
Not satisfied with being the largest construction provider in the Midlands, we are transforming our Basford Hall campus to create a £27m revitalised regional hub for training in construction, science, technology and sustainable technologies. We are also key partners in the City’s new Skills Hub, developing a new £60m facility in the heart of the city with partners at Central, The LEP and the City Council.
Students are at the heart of all we do. Our mission is to provide excellence, employability and enterprise to present and future generations.
The College has an interesting student mix, reflecting the broad range of cultures, backgrounds and ages of the region. Many international students also attend ncn each year, adding to the vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere. We also work with a number of key business partners.
