UNIP provides a community of business innovators and entrepreneurs by currently providing office space at Jubilee Campus across three buildings the Ingenuity Centre, Sir Colin Campbell, and the Enterprise Centre. Across these buildings, UNIP has a variety of meeting and event spaces that are available to rent out to other businesses in the East Midlands.
Our aim at UNIP is to further provide business support to our tenants through linking them with programs, funding, and research at the University of Nottingham.
UNIP currently has over 40 tenants on site however are soon expanding to Castle Meadow Campus which will host the opportunity to grow and engage with many more businesses of all different sizes.
